Did ya miss me? Sorry for that - but university kept me busy and now I spent 3 days in hospital to have surgery on my left meniscus (it was reattached and adhesions were removed). What's a meniscus, you say? Well, as I understand it, it is a kind of "disc" inside the knee which acts as a shock absorber and grease. The problem is that it can tear pretty easily when you make the wrong movement when doing sports. That's exactly what happened to me. *sigh* So now here I sit with my left leg propped up on a chair so that my swollen knee won't swell anymore and tend to my neglected stuff of 3 days.
